Excellence in Every Corner
We exist to bring professionalism, transparency, and trust to domestic staffing across Nepal.
Built to fix a real gap
CityMaid Nepal — legally registered as City Maid Services Pvt. Ltd. — was founded to address the lack of professional, transparent domestic staffing options available to Nepali families. For years, hiring a maid meant uncertain pricing, no vetting, and no recourse when things went wrong. We're changing that.
Today, we serve thousands of households across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur — pairing carefully screened domestic staff with families who deserve dependable help.
Government-registered company: City Maid Services Pvt. Ltd.
"We believe every household deserves reliable, vetted, and professional domestic help."

Real feedback from Nepali families and corporate offices in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur who hired verified housemaids, babysitters, cooks, and caretakers through CityMaid.
"As doctors with hectic on-call hospital schedules in Kathmandu, having a dependable live-in helper for our elderly parents was critical. CityMaid arranged a medically tested, respectful caregiver who has been with us for over 9 months now. Professional agency documentation and polite communication."
"Finding a trustworthy maid in Sanepa who understands modern washing machines, steam irons, and Nepali cooking without excessive oil was always a struggle. CityMaid provided a vetted didi within 3 days. The 1-week trial gave us complete confidence."
"CityMaid Nepal is by far the most professional domestic agency in Kathmandu. The written agreement was transparent, police record verification was handed over upfront, and the maid is very neat, punctual, and polite. Definitely worth the agency fee."
"We live in a 3-story house in Imadol and needed a helper who could manage deep floor mopping and evening dishwashing. The background check documentation gave my mother complete peace of mind. Highly recommended in Lalitpur!"
"We hired a Sutkeri Caretaker for 45 days after my baby's delivery in Kaushaltar. She was wonderful with traditional newborn massage, nutrient soup preparations, and night baby soothing so I could rest. 5 stars to CityMaid's coordinator team."
"Hired an experienced nanny for our 18-month-old daughter in Jawalakhel. The didi is gentle, never looks at her phone during duty hours, and is very patient with baby feeding. The CityMaid office in Satdobato was quick to respond when we had questions."
