Our team screens and shortlists candidates from our vetted pool based on your specific needs.

Interview & Selection
You meet the shortlisted candidates (in-person or video call) and select your preferred maid.

Agreement & Advance Payment
Sign the placement agreement and pay the advance service charge to confirm placement.

1-Week Trial Period
The maid begins work. During this 7-day trial, you assess fit, performance, and comfort.

Confirm or Replace
If satisfied, pay the remaining balance. If not suitable, we provide 1 free replacement.
- 07
Ongoing Support
We remain your point of contact for any issues, disputes, or future replacement needs.
